More than anything, we’re about people.
We value long-term, mutually beneficial relationships built on good communication, accountability and trust. At the time, Carrie was president of a small technology firm and Stewart was starting a structural engineering company. They are junior high school sweet hearts who remain happily married to this day. They collaborate on many endeavors, encouraging others to live well, work hard, dream big and laugh often.
Inventive Ideas was founded in 2000
In 2000, Stewart and Carrie Jeske along with 23 shareholders founded Inventive Ideas, Inc with SportShade, the first portable, retractable awning on the market. Over the years, they manufactured and sold new products, signed licensing agreements and provided licensing agent services to inventors. In 2022, the original 23 shareholders were bought out at a profit and the incorporation changed to an LLC solely owned by the Jeske’s. The couple continue to invent and license original products and Carrie works to educate inventors of potential pitfalls and opportunities based on her years of experience and solid business connections. An avid business enthusiast, she licenses, invests and helps launch new product inventions and is open to providing guidance to companies as a consultant, board of director or equity shareholder.
